If you are
starting a new project, upgrade to the UltimaSerial (Version 3)
now! UltimaSerial (version 3) supports USB-based DI-148, DI-158, DI-710 & DI-715B 
UltimaPanel is compiled with
UltimaSerial (version1), if you find it not working with the latest version of
UltimaSerial, please use VB to recompile the project. I will try to get the new one here
when I have time
UltimaPanel is a powerful turn-key application. Its source codes can be found in the UltimaSerial Control Installation. Thus there is no need to download this if you already have VisualBASIC installed on your PC, you can get to the source codes of Ultima Panel when you install UltimaSerial, and you can run it directly from VisualBASIC.
